The method behind the voice
Most people bite their tongue, avoid the truth, stumble over their words or shrink themselves to fit in. Sarah works with the people who don’t want that reality anymore.
Sarah is the intelligent, driven and grounded founder behind, The Command Method, who is determined to teach people how to communicate in a world that struggles to connect. After commencing her 7 year journey studying Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Art (Politics), Sarah soon identified that people often bite their tongue, fall victim to being fearful of looking dumb or simply struggle to communicate altogether.
This is what sparked a long journey in entrepreneurship, education and coaching where she built her company whilst studying 2 degrees full time.
After founding her own company at the age of 22, Sarah went on to be mentored by other industry professionals, engaged in her tertiary studies to be taught by other solicitors and barristers and became completely obsessed with her mission.
Sarah has spent thousands of hours coaching and teaching business owners, industry professionals and the everyday person to find their voice, articulate their thoughts and unsubscribe officially from ‘group think’.
Through the creation of her unique processes and methods, she aims to show people the importance of using their voice and becoming a critical thinker.

Here's what I know: most women are sitting on goldmines of ideas, but they're too afraid to speak up.
They think someone else might have already thought of it, that they'll sound stupid, or that they don't have the right to disagree.
Meanwhile, less qualified people are getting promoted because they're not afraid to speak up.
This 4-day retreat exists because I got tired of watching brilliant women disappear in rooms full of people. -

My work focuses on educating clients of legal and ethical frameworks, building a social media presence and how to leverage a true point of difference.

This retreat with Sarah was one of those experiences that gently (but powerfully) changes the way you see yourself as a person and as a business owner.
