The Command Intensive
Four days. That’s all it takes.
-
Four days of engineered pressure: anchored opinions, unshakeable communication, undeniable leadership
-
This isn’t about ‘taking a break’, it’s about building a life that you don’t need to take a break from.
-
For aspiring leaders, business owners, professionals and women who simply want to become more articulate and confident.
What is the Command Intensive?
We're going to put you in uncomfortable situations with real conversations and real pressure.
There will be moments where your instinct tells you to stay quiet, but we're going to teach you to do the opposite.
You'll practice disagreeing without being disagreeable.
You'll learn to hold your ground without being defensive.
You'll discover that your opinion doesn't need an apology attached to it.
By the time you leave, something fundamental will have shifted and you won't just know how to speak up - you'll wonder why you ever stayed quiet.
If you're a business owner who knows you should be the loudest voice in the room but somehow aren't, this is for you.
If you're tired of people questioning your authority as a leader, this is for you.
If you want to become more articulate and confident in your life but don't know where to start, this is for you.
This is sustainable, long term personal development. Not the kind you run away from or forget about, the kind of work that hits in the moment where you realise the conversations you used to run away from are now the ones that you nail.
Meet Your Facilitator
Sarah Leffley brings to the table 7 years of experience studying articulation, conviction, and command, alongside 4 years of business experience across multiple industries. Following the success of her Command tour around Australia and several sold out retreats, Sarah has continuously refined her craft and facilitation to deliver an impactful and meaningful retreat.
Outside of business and facilitating events, Sarah spends most of her time with her two cats, Maple and Daisy, her partner Angus, and catching up with friends.
She’s also deeply committed to studying her craft, constantly researching and learning from some of the world’s top negotiators to sharpen her skills even further. Sarah delivers a rare blend of honesty, humility, and directness in her coaching.
Her biggest value is autonomy - she doesn’t believe in censorship, instead creating spaces where people can find their voice, express their opinions, and think critically.

I used to be the woman who had brilliant ideas, but never shared them.
The woman who knew the answer, but waited for someone else to say it first.
The biggest misconception about me is that I've always been good at this - but I wasn't.
I built this skill over 7 years of practice.
Here's what I know: most women are sitting on goldmines of ideas, but they're too afraid to speak up.
They think someone else might have already thought of it, that they'll sound stupid, or that they don't have the right to disagree.
Meanwhile, less qualified people are getting promoted because they're not afraid to speak up.
This 4-day retreat exists because I got tired of watching brilliant women disappear in rooms full of people.
