The Command Intensive

Four days. That’s all it takes.

  • Four days of engineered pressure: anchored opinions, unshakeable communication, undeniable leadership

  • This isn’t about ‘taking a break’, it’s about building a life that you don’t need to take a break from.

  • For aspiring leaders, business owners, professionals and women who simply want to become more articulate and confident.

What is the Command Intensive?

We're going to put you in uncomfortable situations with real conversations and real pressure.

There will be moments where your instinct tells you to stay quiet, but we're going to teach you to do the opposite.

You'll practice disagreeing without being disagreeable

You'll learn to hold your ground without being defensive

You'll discover that your opinion doesn't need an apology attached to it.

By the time you leave, something fundamental will have shifted and you won't just know how to speak up - you'll wonder why you ever stayed quiet.

If you're a business owner who knows you should be the loudest voice in the room but somehow aren't, this is for you.

If you're tired of people questioning your authority as a leader, this is for you.

If you want to become more articulate and confident in your life but don't know where to start, this is for you.

This is sustainable, long term personal development. Not the kind you run away from or forget about, the kind of work that hits in the moment where you realise the conversations you used to run away from are now the ones that you nail.

Meet Your Facilitator

Sarah Leffley brings to the table 7 years of experience studying articulation, conviction, and command, alongside 4 years of business experience across multiple industries. Following the success of her Command tour around Australia and several sold out retreats, Sarah has continuously refined her craft and facilitation to deliver an impactful and meaningful retreat.

Outside of business and facilitating events, Sarah spends most of her time with her two cats, Maple and Daisy, her partner Angus, and catching up with friends.

She’s also deeply committed to studying her craft, constantly researching and learning from some of the world’s top negotiators to sharpen her skills even further. Sarah delivers a rare blend of honesty, humility, and directness in her coaching.

Her biggest value is autonomy - she doesn’t believe in censorship, instead creating spaces where people can find their voice, express their opinions, and think critically.

More About Sarah
  • This retreat has changed not only how I hold space for others, but changed the way I hold myself every single day. I can constantly recall on the actives, tasks and workshops we did and draw the lessons from them in the moment. I can already see how this is playing out in my relationships, how I listen, how I pace myself in my responses, the questions I ask. I have this new found eagerness to connect with people about topics I once would have dismissed or never invited myself to explore. The women at this retreat.. man, it’s hard to put into words just how special they all are. I’ve walked away with life long connections and I MEAN THAT. It made me realise that possibly the only thing that actually holds us all back from getting where we want to be and connecting with people, is our communication. Not our age, sexuality, gender, body size, ‘talent’, career, skin tone, beliefs or views.. it’s genuinely how we communicate. How we listen TO CONNECT vs listen to respond/ attack.I’ve learnt that communication is a SKILL and it takes time and pressure to build, but with it, I feel able to connect and create impact more than I ever have.

  • It’s difficult to encapsulate with words the effect that Sarah and her work has had on my life. She went from generally validating my experience through her instagram reels, to answering tough questions and challenging me through virtual programs, to being a catalyst in the development of my confidence and self-awareness, re-directing the trajectory of my life. Much like a teacher from grade school that you never forget and are eternally grateful for, I recognize the imprint she has made in my life and am grateful to have this opportunity to speak to it in hopes others might also get the opportunity to learn from her. She is a master at creating a safe, welcoming, kind, nurturing and all-the-while challenging space. She embodies her work fully, in the way she shows up every day, physically and mentally. She is extremely intelligent and intentional in her processes and workshops she leads. She is constantly refining and developing, while maintaining a level of excellence in her delivery that is unmatched. I have never been around a presence like hers and I am so grateful to have learned directly from her and her amazing team for 4 days.

  • I dismissed Sarah's work initially. I thought "I'm comfortable speaking in front of groups" or "I'm not a bad communicator". But the growth I experienced at this retreat was greater than I could have imagined. I was pushed to my limits, but simultaneously supported in such a calming, safe environment. Sarah's legal background coupled with her self assurance makes for balanced, intelligent and respectful lessons that encourage anyone to take their growth and responsibility into their own hands, and make long term changes. I travelled internationally for this, having never met or worked with Sarah, and I would do it again and again. This experience went so much deeper than I had anticipated and as much as I want to gatekeep, I'd highly recommend Sarah and her team and events to anyone looking to further their personal growth.

  • Thank you for creating such a powerful space, one where I could truly find my voice again. When you spoke, I listened. You speak with such clarity, confidence, and a grounded presence. The work you do is incredibly important and deeply impactful. You reminded me to listen to connect, not just to respond, and to also give both myself and others the chance to truly be heard. I’ve come away with new perspectives, tools, and a deeper sense of self. I’m so grateful for the ripple effect this experience has had on my life.

  • It’s hard to put into words how life changing this retreat was. Although intense and challenging, it was paired with laughter, connection and joy. The reflections presented to me have continued to push me in a way I haven’t been pushed yet in my business and self. You can tell Sarah’s coaching style is true and raw. She leads from lessons she has learned in real life scenarios and from endless amounts of research and study. Sarah is one of the most knowledgeable people I know and I wouldn’t trust anyone more to lead me in my business and self. This retreat was one of those moments in life where you remember it forever. It changed me in only positive ways and has continued to shape me even weeks after it is over. Thankyou to Sarah and her team for a fantastic event.

  • It’s going to be really hard to describe working with Sarah in words but I’ll try my best. I had this gut feeling that I knew I had to work with her in some way so I signed up to her retreat without a second thought (basically as soon as she launched it). I had no idea what to expect but wow I was blown away. Her ability to teach is really indescribable. She is caring but firm, kind but holds herself with true conviction. This retreat for me helped me in so many ways. My relationship with my clients is better, I can stand up for myself (and not feel weird about it), I feel lighter and way happier and I now have a better understanding of how to lead with true conviction. I have taken what I learned in these 4 days and implemented them straight away into every day life. This work is so important and I encourage anyone to not take it lightly.

  • Sarah often tells her students that she isn’t going to change their lives, yet she has changed mine. She gave me the permission I needed to have a voice again, and taught me how to articulate it with confidence. Communication is such an overlooked skill, and until I started following Sarah’s work, I hadn’t realised how much I’d lost my ability to speak up and communicate honestly. With the influence of societal expectations and social media now woven into everyday life, I’ve come to see how often we stay silent, avoid difficult conversations, or listen to respond rather than to understand. Sarah and her incredible team have created the most beautiful community. One that encouraged me to be raw, honest, and real. Every single team member embodies the values Sarah teaches, each bringing their own light to the group. I remember looking around and realising I was surrounded by remarkable women who knew who they were and spoke their truth. I was held accountable in the most loving way and pushed beyond limits I didn’t know I had. It was powerful, transformative, and something I hope every woman experiences at least once in her lifetime.

I used to be the woman who had brilliant ideas, but never shared them.

The woman who knew the answer, but waited for someone else to say it first.

The biggest misconception about me is that I've always been good at this - but I wasn't.

I built this skill over 7 years of practice.

Here's what I know: most women are sitting on goldmines of ideas, but they're too afraid to speak up

They think someone else might have already thought of it, that they'll sound stupid, or that they don't have the right to disagree.

Meanwhile, less qualified people are getting promoted because they're not afraid to speak up.

This 4-day retreat exists because I got tired of watching brilliant women disappear in rooms full of people.

Four days. That's all it takes.
