Meet Sarah Ruby Leffley
My work is deeply rooted in the conviction that your voice is the ultimate currency of influence. But that conviction was forged over years, beginning long before Command was a concept. It started with me as a little girl, accompanying my dad on university campus while he too studied Law. Little did I know, that early exposure set the trajectory for my own career.
November 2025 marked me officially completing my own 7 year university journey, graduating with a double degree in Law and Politics. I learned the mechanics of argument, the precision of language, and what it means to be involved in high-stakes interactions. My family, including my partner Angus (who graduated his degree in 2025), is full of lawyers - you can only imagine the conversations that take place at our dinner table… However, the legal world, for all its structure, taught me a crucial lesson:
Intellect alone is incomplete. It teaches you what to say, but not how to connect with who you’re saying it to.
For years, up until now, I led with my brain. I believed logic and strategy were enough when it came to communication. But what I observed in every client I worked with, every person who attended a Command event, was a singular, profound theme: relationships. At our core, as human beings, we want better, deeper relationships. We want to feel loved, desired, and genuinely connected with one another.
A liberating, albeit confronting, realisation for me that my work - while strategic and educated - needed to be incredibly heart-led. I had to remove the self-imposed intellectual concept that my businesses needed to be a particular way. My mission evolved from just teaching people to speak intelligently, to teaching them to speak with unconditional confidence that deepens connection and allows for real, lasting power and change. At my heart.
Something about me is that I am not limited to just one box.
I am the woman who built a company while studying two degrees full-time, but Im also the same nerdy girl I have always been who gets her energy from deep academia and critical thought. I know when to be serious and switched-on, but I can also value the power of humour and authenticity. I am an introvert, but I love to teach in a room full of people. I am an academic, and simultaneously a creative.
This new era of Command is about showing you the art behind your voice - the fusion of intelligent thinking and powerful, genuine connection. It’s about leveraging the intelligence you have and merging it with the emotional conviction you need to lead.
Your voice is your power.
My focus is dedicated to the few disciplines that directly impact your communication, and I teach them because they are the foundation of my own personal and professional life - and they should be the focus of yours, too. I am not just talking about confidence when you speak, but about helping you to build the absolute, unconditional authority it takes to be a good communicator, and an equally good listener.
This is why I choose to focus my teaching around:
Critical thinking
Opinion formation
Negotiation and debating
Speaking authority
I am here to educate people on leading with both your heart and your intellect, allowing you to live a life without the regret of ever remaining silent.
“You cannot command a room when your body and voice is still asking for permission to be there”.
Your voice is your power.
In a world flooded with noise, true communication is rare.
Most people bite their tongue, avoid the truth, stumble over their words or shrink themselves to fit in. I work with the people who don’t want that reality anymore.
I am a law-trained communicator, founder and educator. I teach individuals - whether they are a business owner or a professional - how to speak with conviction, clarity and critical thought. Even in the moments that matter most.
